I have just found out I am carrying twins and I would really like to find a twin pregnancy book to read. Dos anyone have any books to share/sell or any tips??

I don't know about books specific to twins, but the NHS does a free pregnancy book that I've found super helpful, especially as this is my first child. If you've got any friends in the UK, one of them may be able to access it for you.

I suggest you'd ask here . The owner is an acquaintance of mine, she's mother of twins and runs a bookshop specialised on twin-issues. She also offers a meeting place for twin-mums-to-be. Send her an Email in english, she'll understand the language

If you are having identical twins there is a lot of info here about Twin to twin transfusion Syndrome, which occurs in 10-25% of identical twin pregnancies and can be very serious. Hopefully it's not something you'll have to deal with, but it's good to be well informed either way.
