Has anyonone ever submitted an investigation to SSO Jury (Swiss Dental Association Jury - Zahnärztliche Begutachtungskommission) after a tooth surgery?

I had a tooth extraction in August and due the dentist's actions during the extraction a small part of my tooth root has went into the sinus cavity, causing a serious swelling, pain and a second (bigger) surgery for the removal of this tooth root. So, I have submitted an investigation to the SSO Jury because all this story costed me 3 weeks of pain, swollen face for weeks, high dose antibiotics treatment for some weeks and around 2000CHF... I haven't been able to hear from them yet, and they are still investigating...

Have you had such an experience?
