yes it is now 4 months and i still have this. i had a "venteuse" delivery and i did take the epidural. i was fully dilated and the baby did not move down so i actually had to push a lot n lot
it was not this much at the earlier months but now it is actually severe. when i lie down, i can not even turn sometime. is it normal. i hope this is not going to be permanent. what to do

Your back got a lot of stress from the pregnancy and the delivery. Both times I had a lot of pain afterward and it took a while to come back to normal. A visit to a chiropractor could help you.

Until today, I still can feel pain in the spot where I got my epidural. Especially when tired.

I've heard backache is common after an epidural. It's probably worth asking your doctor about it though and if s/he can recommend any exercises or something. I'm not sure who's best to call, I'd probably go for the gynae as it's after delivery. If they're the wrong people to call, I'm sure they'll tell you who to go to. Don't know of any doctors in Lausanne, sorry.

Backache is very common after having a baby. It's from carrying all that weight on your front, and later you carry the baby around, which is not healthy for the spine. I never had an epidural, general anesthesia for my c-secs, so I doubt it's only related to the epidural.

Quite possible that your Sacrum or your SI joints are out of place after the delivery which is causing the pain.

As recommended above, go get checked out by a chiropractor who will be able to put things back in place if that is the case.
