It is more Gym-Judo at 4, than full-fledged judo in my opinion. Most start at 5 years in my experience. I can recommend this Judo School, closest one to Lausanne is in Aubonne, http://www.ecoledejudo.ch , they have classes for 3-4 year olds.

A friend of mine teaches the young kids classes at this dojo in Lausanne, she is a good friend and the kids love her. I'm not sure if they do 4 year olds, I think they start at five but it never hurts to ask (since my friend teaches the class so hey, I will ask her) http://www.reighikan-dojo.ch/

just visited their website. quite well presented. will call them tomorrow to check the 4 years old.
the one recommended from other member seems to be very appropriate for 4 years old "gym+judo" but i won't consider as it's a bit far esp the off school time falls into the rush hour....
I just had another idea that may be more central to you in Lausanne. BabyGym has recently opened a new site in Lausanne which caters to activities for young children. At least at the other sites in GE and VD, they offer judo to young children. Check out the programme on what is on offer at the Lausanne site. http://www.baby-gym.ch/
