I really dont think people in Spain would go back to the UK for treatment, as the medical treatment here is fantastic, i believe its far better than the Uk and Switzerland,

That sounds quite a lot they should be between £200-£550 in the UK depending what type of scan
The French price is cheaper though...

I keep my UK dentist because he has given me good treatment for the last 10 years, not because he is cheaper...

When I had LASIK done in the UK (Yes privately) there was a English women who had flown in from Spain, so that view is not shared by all.
