Counseling for Expats by an Expat - Helen Rudinsky, MS-Marriage and Family Therapist

Counseling for Expats by an Expat --- Your Passport to Happiness while Globally Mobile

Helen Rudinsky, MS-Marriage and Family Therapist

As a seasoned American expatriate myself, I understand the ups and downs of expat life. Starting out as a 12-year-old, I have lived in several countries and have learned numerous languages.

I have a Masters Degree in Marriage & Family Therapy and have been serving couples, individuals and children in expatriate communities worldwide since 1980. I practice therapy that is brief and solution focused: short term therapy with the "end in mind", so my clients see results right away.

Couples-With couples we work on communication, trust, and any issue hindering the relationship. We use videos, personality tests, role plays and other tools to bring about rapid improvement to the relationship.

Individuals: Common issues individuals want to work on are: self esteem, boundaries, relationships, anxiety, depression, career decisions, health issues and more.

Children: I work with children who have special needs, development delays and social/behavioral issues. I use child-directed play therapy as it is the most effective method for children.

Sessions available in Zurich, Geneva and Lausanne in person and via Skype.

Please call or email for more information.
