Where should we divorse if married outside CH?
Apart from psychological aspect..
If we are both non-EU with B permit and married before relocation to CH
where should we divorce? In our home country?
I would prefer avoid CH court

yes. it can matter. In some countries, women are regarded more sympathatically than men in divorce cases.
