I have Celiac Disease, so yeah, no gluten for me! I'm happy to share GF eating info/tips if anyone has questions; I've been at this for a while.
As others have mentioned, if you are getting tests, you need to be eating gluten during the few weeks preceding the tests, otherwise you'll get a false negative.
In recent years, the medical profession has acknowledged the existence of what they call "non-Celiac gluten sensitivity," which is, as it sounds, gluten intolerance in people who don't have Celiac Disease.
Dr. Alessio Fasano is at the forefront of Celiac and gluten-intolerance research. He recently published a book, "Gluten Freedom," which I have heard is good - it might be a good read if you're trying to figure out what's going on for you.
