I'm new in Zurich and I'm trying to find a professional pedicure whose goal is not just to make my toenails look pretty, but to cut my toenails in more medical way. So, I need someone who can treat ingrown toenails. If I go to a good pedicurist every month, which I've been doing so far, then everything is under control. Does anybody know someone who can do it well? Thanks

Tnx! I had a problem once when I was in a foreign country and went to a pedicure, but they didn't treat my problem with ingrown nails at all. They just made them look nice and polished them and that was the whole point. So, this time I am very specific=).

In Switzerland, me make a distinction between
- Pedicure / Podologie (Institute, salons etc..) = treatment (medical to a certain extent and what you need here) and
- Fusspflege (beauty treatment only = people working there are not authorised to do other treatment such as the one you describe).

So look for pedicure or podologie in the phone book.

I agree with FMX. a Fusspflege or pedicurist, is not trained medically.
