Nursing rooms in Zurich / Mother-Baby groups

Hi all ! I know there are some super mammas out there so hope someone can help.
Ive heard that some pharmacies have nursing rooms to avoid nursing in public. Im a brand new mom so a bit boob shy. I found an old thread but the link doesnt work anymore. Any suggestions of good places in town to nurse ?
Also anyone with a baby / toddler know of any mother baby groups or fancy meeting up for coffee ?

Hi Mikki 70

There's a free app for iPhone/Android/Web showing public nursing rooms in Switzerland. It's called mamamap and the website for it is http://www.mamamap.ch/?home&lang=en.

I was breastfeeding for about 9 months using a breastfeeding cover when im in public. Its a cloth that looks abit like a tent that you wear on your neck but covers the baby and theres a hole that you only can see your baby in it. HTH

Hi,

I'm due to have my first baby in May. Would love to meet up before and after my baby is here if you are available? I am only working part time now, so available most mornings/afternoons. Please PM me if you're interested.

Thanks,
Sam

clothing and department stores are also usually very generous with the use of their changing rooms for breastfeeding.
