Swiss Smile Dentist.

Hi All,

Has anyone had any bad experiences with Swiss Smile similar to this? I cancelled an appointment with them for tomorrow with 25 hours’ notice and they are charging me the whole appointment (250CHF).

It states that they need 24 hours’ notice on the appointment cards but when I called them they said it needs to be cancelled the day before, before 9am, so really 28 hours...

Re: Swiss Smile Dentist.

Stay away is my advise.
Had bad experiences there.
They just wanna extract teeth.
You have to pay straight after the apointment normally as
well.

Re: Swiss Smile Dentist.

If it says cancellation within 24hrs and you gave 25- I would definitely go there, ask to speak to the manager and challenge them- unless you've signed another contract which makes the before 9am day before, absolutely clear.

Re: Swiss Smile Dentist.

I have been at Swiss Smile several times mostly for hygiene once-twice a year, and once actually the fixed my retainer that was constantly falling off by the dentist in Germany.. they glued it back, two years ago, and it never bothers me ever since. So the service is quite good imo. But yes they have a 24h notice rule, it's definitely worth taking some action, coming to them to clear things up. Im sure it's just misunderstanding, though of course annoying.
