I think that some of the doctors at the IFA (Institut fuer Arbeitsmedizin), which is actually a public medical centre (used to be the ABB health centre) has some doctors that speak pretty good English. I know for a fact that the boss does (Dr. Kissling), but not sure how often he actually sees patients.

The IFA is in the phone book and is in the ABB complex in the centre of Baden.

egloff, you can find a list of General Practitioners here. Replace "AG" in the field "Where" with town names near you to get better results.

As a rule of thumb they know at least basic English but you may check when you call them. Sorry I can't help you with a recommendation.
