Usually I believe the Courts see it so: the process started in Zurich and it should continue in Zurich.

Before rushing off to an expensive lawyer, why not take your separation agreement to Zurich and ask them to continue with the divorce.

You have agreed on most things, so there is little more than a rubber stamp and ordering her pension fund to transfer half her assets to your fund and vice-versa.
Just have a quick question. Is it possible to convert pension fund to disability funds?

Need help . . . Swiss court emailed me regarding dissolution of partnership. to quote:
"Ms. A is receiving a disability pension, her pension assets have been transformed into a monthly pension and cannot be divided anymore."

And what exactly is the question? The pension fund has been converted into an annuity, so there are no pension assets to be divided, seems clear cut to me...

You have already been informed that the pension fund was converted into a disability pension by the court.. That is what happens when a person starts receiving a pension, the person no longer has ownership of the assets, so they can not be divided up. I would suggest you see proper legal advice on this matter.
