'Splitting' in Swiss divorce

Good evening,

Can anyone tell me if the Swiss splitting method in divorce also applies to bank accounts in one's own name and NOT in couples name ? I understand about the AVS splitting but what about current accounts (for ex. salary ) - does the other party have access to this and is it split ?
Many thanks for any info on this splitting situation which is far from clear !
Daniela

Generally, they'll look at the total of both partners' assets before the marriage and the total current assets, and split any increase, so you need to declare all your accounts.

If there are children, then it'll be more complicated.
