Danes (Swiss) to travel and get on with the baby-making

I don't know if Switzerland tackles this problem in sunny Ticino or sends their stubborn anti-birth rate dissidents to Mallorca, but Danes definitely seem to be coping with this problem well - at least they have found a viable solution
