Hi, we have just found out we are moving to Lausanne in September/October. We have two boys (3.5 and 1 yr old) I am keen to get a nursery/pre-school sorted for the 3 year old but all the places i have contacted are full. Does anyone know of any English speaking nurseries/pre-schools which may not come up on an internet search? Thank you!

But I would strongly recommend putting them in French-speaking daycare, especially if you intend to stay in Lausanne longer than a year.

We have our two girls (3 and nearly 2) at this place in Saint Sulpice . They can speak English if you really want them to (and sometimes of course they have to) but we have asked them to speak as much as possible to our kids in French . www.lesdiablotins.net

Thank you! Have just spoken to Montessori and they are confident they would have space, do you know of any feedback on it? Will also look into French-speaking daycare, however, we will probably only be in Lausanne max 2 years.
