Does anyone have a good skin cancer dermatologist in Zurich?
Is there a directory I should be looking at? We are desperate to find someone good quickly.

I have heard that Dr. Thuerlimann is one of the best he is on Forchstrasse, older guy but apparently knows what he is doing. We've been ther several times for check-ups, but the recommendation came from a friend who had skin cancer.

I remember seeing something about this on the Yahoo group for Expats in Zurich. In particular Carmen who I think is one of the organisers recommended somebody but unfortunately I can't find the emmail about it but it may be worth contacting them.

I hope you get things sorted.

I found it, apparently he speaks very good english although I haven't used him.

Coming from an arguably very biased point of view, I would have anything other than simple skin cancers on non aesthetically sensitive areas removed by a plastic surgeon

If you don't mind a 35 minutes (or so) train journey to Olten, You could consult my skin doctor who also performs surgery. He's extremely gentle and friendly.

I've had three procedures done by him.
