Sides or Brazilian style, lol.

Us old Swiss just plat and tuck you know
I'm preparing for the futur, so the day I'll be old (and maybe Swiss) I won't have to plat and tuck, I'll have more free time to play bingo!

I'm wondering what's the whole deal of the op. It might not be expensive. If it's for a year of treatment in multiple zones, etc. might just be on the money value.

Lol, alright.

A zone of the body. So underarms are one zone. Bikini is an other zone. The whole leg is one zone so when you do legs and bikini, it's 59 x 3

How much for a simple parting of the eyebrows? Is that a zone, or a demizone?

Each bollock is one zone then- or has JagW only got one (and how do you know, pray tell?)

we have many farmers here, but never heard of one taking their bullocks for a Brazillian!

Lets just not go there...

Can't we go back to a discussion about the legal implications of signing a contract you haven't read?

I am asking here about the legal law. The translation was not properly done for me. It was written once signed , no cancel. after i translated by google translate. Someone told me in Switzerland you can cancel any contract by 7 days. I want to know if this is true
If you don't understand the language it's your problem, means you have to find/bring along a translator. Google is not a good choice though!

Why not post the contract here, with names/company removed so we can see what it says for sure.
you want to get sued too, Odile?

I think it is better not discuss it here further with you.. The wording of contract? I signed a contract that they lied or they did not mention cancellation policy by purpose. This means it is me who I can charge them. Their contract was full of sh...it s after i tried to translate. It was written the contract is valid 3 months( treatment was for 12 months), the price can change without notice .. and no cancellation after signed. Which kind of contract is that? Anyway, laws are different for foreigner of a country specially when you signed something which was not translated correctly. That means scam.
Is it possible you wouldn't have understood the contract, even if it had been in English?

Well, I am very sorry, but it is clear as a bell:

Une fois signé, le devis n'est plus annulable et le montant reste exigible.

Once signed, this estimate cannot be cancelled and has to be paid in full.

Now as Mirfield says, if you were misled by the company who provided a translator who then misled you- you may have a case if you can prove it. But even so, in Swiss Law, you and you alone are responsible for making absolutely sure you understand aany contract you sign.
One law kills it all: "Unwissen schützt vor Strafe nicht" (ingorance is no excuse, or Ignorantia legis non excusat, or Nul n'est censé ignorer la loi, or L'ignoranza non è una scusa, or الجهل ليس عذرا , or Uvitenhet er ingen unnskyldning, or ..... gosh I wish I knew what the OP's native language is ....

"Troll/duplicate user in order to dish out a crap load of groans" - thread.

Clearly the mods were too busy laughing to do their job. Perhaps most amusing LiB is happy to pop up and delete threads poking trolls - but when a troll pokes the forum he is nowhere to be found.

Perhaps LiB is the trolls

I was told that it is possible to cancel a contract in switzerland within 7 days after signed. Is this true? I was in clinic lemanic for hair removal and I signed the contract. They told me I have 48 hours to cancel. After some hours I called them to cancel it because a friend of me recommend somewhere that was 1500 franc cheaper (just 500 instead of 2000) and they said I can not cancel because it was written in my contract that it was in French. However they did not translate that for me. When i told them you said I can cancel 48 hours, they said that is the treatment not the contract. They did not even talk nicely after. I do not wanna go there any more. I already sent them a mail by post for cancellation and told them that contract is not valid for me because the translation was not correct during the time I signed. Do you think they can make any troubles for me?

Just to know, I did not pay yet and I did not start the treatment yet. I just signed it and told them to cancel after of couple of hours.
OP; from what you wrote I gathered you were willing to pay 2000 chf for some beauty services, were probably very happy with the deal (otherwise you wouldn't have signed, right?) but then a friend of yours told you you were silly and you could have payed only 500 chf....
Did you at least bother to check what the other company offers for a quarter of the initial deal you deemed perfectly OK at the moment you signed the contract...???

Why did you sign the contract in the first place?

Legal law, as opposed to... illegal law?

A one legged woman.

I think I read on the publicity at the place near here that they do half leg too, no idea what that is.

Lower leg only?

Based on what you can find on the internet women no longer have pubic hair.

From the knee (or a little above the knee actually) down. Exactly the part which is usually exposed if you wear a decent skirt/dress.
Back home we call it long (it includes the bikini line) or short waxing. I miss those prices.

That's a whole leg to me.
I hadn't really thought about women having hairy thighs but I guess they must exist.
