I can't give you a personal recommendation as I haven't actually used him, but my opticien highly recommends Dr Porta on the Avenue de la Gare (021 323 23 76).
If you don't get any help from here, why not ask your opticien or your GP?

I might not be living here for long enough cos I haven't ever gone to an optician and only visit a GP few weeks ago and thus not having good connection yet.
