Continuation of treatment

Hello!

I have a condition called Prolatinoma (Prolactinoma is a condition in which a noncancerous tumor (adenoma) of the pituitary gland in your brain overproduces the hormone prolactin).

I found out like a week before i moved from Spain to Sweden and they handled it very well in Sweden, i follow a treatment and yearly checkup is required such as magnetic resonance and blood test.

Sweden has social security and they took care of me without any problems, re-diagnose my case and continued the process...

I have read that insurance companies can not refuse to have you in Switzerland with previous conditions (good posts, thanks!!)

My question is what should i do with my medican history? Should i bring it over translated? I have papers in Spanish and Swedish. In Sweden they put a translator to work with me on the first doctor meeting and she translated the paperwork to the doctor...all that was taken by the social security...

I am a little concerned because although it is not life-threatening i do need to follow the treatment, i have medicine for a while but i need my yearly checkup! And of course, i have no clue on how to start

Thanks for reading this loong and boring post

Re: Continuation of treatment

First i am sorry about your illness, and second i would get your medical records translated just to be on the safe side.
