We see a diabetes dietician at the Kinderspital...I have found the staff at the Kinderspital all seem to be fluent in English...

Myself and my husband are vegans and want to make sure that our 7 month old is getting adequate nutrition

Cannot help much with the search for a dietician but I found this site - perhaps it might give you a tip or two if you can understand the German. This Google list has several sites in English.
