Hi fellow Mum's and dad's....

I have just recently moved to Winterthur and although there is lots to hear about in Zurich for childcare/playgroups i don't seem to know whats happening around my area. I really want my daughter to start interacting with other children,also a chance for me to meet other parents to socialize with.

Hi, There is an English group on Tuesday afternoons in Hegi. Depends how old your daughter is - I go with my 2 who are both under 3 years old. I think there is a group for older children too - but not sure about details. If you want more info let me know.

Hi, I have a 13 month old son and I live in Oberwinterthur. I would love to learn about any English playgroups in this area. I don't have a car, so some of the ones I've heard about are a bit unfeasible.

If you'd be interested in starting a casual meet up every now and again, that would be nice, too.

If you're in Oberi then the group in Hegi isn't very far away - though it isn't on now til after Easter. Casual meet up sounds good - any suggestions?

There's a nice park near the Stadtrain bus stop on the edge of the altstadt that I frequent. Maybe that would be a good place to meet up on a day when the weather is nice.

I'd like to hear more about the meet up in Hegi, if you could.
