Funny Anyway, just the other day I was wondering if they have it here in CH. A good friend of mine in the US does this "treatment." I think it is good, but not more than twice a year, because some people gets kind of addicted to it. She had customers that visited her twice a week. The body should do the job itself. otherwise it will get lazy,,,and then you have a real problem, and will have to swallow laxatives like crazy.

That's what I always thought, too. A hefty daily helping of fruit and veg will do the job naturally and with a bit more dignity .

Agree, fruit, veggies, wholewheat bread and excercise. Keep on moving. Sitting all day in office, go home, sit in front of the TV.. that is when the problems start. But easier said than done. Walking past a bakery in CH, one cannot resist all that nice yummy stuff. BTW how does the Swiss stay so skinny? Must be the hiking and biking.

Now we have the secret. I have noticed they always run, even if the next tram will come in 4 minutes. Well, better than a colonic.
