If it is urgent you can call Swisscom 1811 according to this website

Try the train station. In all cities there is usually a pharmacy open on Sundays at the station.
Also go to any pharmacy and even if it is closed there will be a note in main window where the pharmacy "on guard duty" is.

If it is an emergency go to the cantonal hospital.

Looks like the Farmacia Loreto, Via C. Maraini 31 is open - otherwise you can always call the Pronto Soccorso or check it on Teletext
