One for the boys .... Oh & girls ....

http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/health/6606927.stm

"British women spend up to 31 years of their adult lives, or six months of each year, on a diet - more time than they spend sleeping or raising children. Nearly two-thirds are unhappy with their bodies and think being thinner would make them happier. "

So fingers crossed then ....

Re: One for the boys .... Oh & girls ....

Why do women worry so much.

This weekend past, rather than me go home to blighty, the wife came to stay with me.

We had a good weekend but, especially when walking alongside the lake where people were sunbathing a plenty, she remarked in a depressed way several times about how slim Swiss women are.

She's not that overweight to be honest, but I could certainly do with losing a stone or five.

But was I getting myself depressed looking at the Swiss guys wishing I could be a slim as them? Not bloomin' likely!

I was looking at the same Swiss women as her...though with very different thoughts
