Can anyone recommend to me an ENT somewhere in Zurich or Baden? I have some swollen lymph nodes in my neck that I want to get checked out.

The ENT I know, who is excellent, and speaks perfect English, will you only see patients with a referral from a GP which actually makes very good sense in your situation as swollen lymph nodes, if that is what you have, may have nothing to do with an ENT.

This thread is quite old, and I have looked here and here using the search function... Just curious if anyone has a more up-to-date recommendation for an excellent ENT in the Zurich area? Although they are specialists for ear, nose and throat (duh), I am looking for one who is especially successful in diagnosing sinus/nose-related issues.

Went to one "highly recommended" bloke in Zurich when I was suffering from difficulties breathing through my nose, sore throats, tiredness etc... The quack told me I should gargle with glycerine at night... Needless to say that was fairly useless.

Finally went to a local guy in Baden who diagnosed a deviated septum and put me in a sleep clinic for a night. Turned out I had sleep apnea also. Had it all treated and I feel like a different person.

Moral of the story: not everyone in Zurich is better than people out in the boonies!

In which case, I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending this lady.

Excellent ENT in Zurich is Dr. Daniel Simmen at the Hirslanden Clinic. Speaks very good English, studied in US, is a professor and author of several articles. Fixed me right up.
