Moving to Fribourg in 5 weeks time with my boyfriend. Got the moving date yesterday and need to start getting organised
He is being relocated and is getting health insurance through his company.
Do i need to sort out health insurance and a doctor before moving?
What is the best way(company?) of doing this?

No, you have 3 months from being registered here to get insurance. You don't have to get a Dr.

For insurance company, unless you speak the local language, then get an agent to set you up. There are a couple of threads on this already (Recommendation for an English speaking Insurance Broker).

Also you can look at comparis.ch and it compares all sorts of services.
