I don't know of any Swiss ones but I do know of several ones based in the UK or USA if that helps. Alternatively if you are looking for advice on pregnancy in Switzerland you could always ask on here I'm sure I'm not the only one who has had a baby in Switzerland.

I don't know that it's quite what you are looking for but there is the yahoo group Expat Moms In Switzerland

It tends to be based mainly around children/family issues, I know quite a few ladies on there are pregnant, or have recently had babies. It may give you another place to ask questions at least

www.thestork.ch is directly related to parents (in English) in Switzerland. They also have a magazine you can subscribe to "The New Stork TImes" which is quite good especially for new mums.

Also for general use, the www.xpatxchange.ch is a good site (for everything from doctors to schools to buying and selling stuff).

The best book to get is "What to expect when you're expecting" although there are numerous others on the market.
