Our son is 2 years and 4 months old now, and it's about time for him to start going to day care at least 2-3 days per week. He obviously needs to make some friends of his own, and we need some piece and quiet at home (we also have a one month old baby, so having a little trouble-maker running around all the time is sometimes a little too much).

I'm not quite sure where to begin the search, so let's see if anyone here has good experiences with day care centers around Rapperswil and the nearby towns. We've visited couple local places here, but they both were quite new and had a strong new paint smell inside the facilities. I cannot imagine putting my son to a place where I would not want to stay, so those places are out of the question.

I'm sure there must be some good places for kids around the area. We're not even dreaming of finding an English speaking place, just friendly staff and clean / fresh facilities!
