Claim back 35% interest tax

Anyone knows how to claim back the 35% tax (“ Verrechnungssteuer”) levied against earned interest?

Re: Claim back 35% interest tax

Can someone with an L permit (thus having the taxes directly deducted from the salary) claim these money back?

Also, I just noticed that I pay this 35% tax only on the accounts where the interests are more than 200CHF, i.e., only my savings accounts. Can't I then open more accounts, and keep in each of them only the max money necessary to get less than 200CHF interests at the end of the year?
