Could you please help me what does this means?

We made some changes in paying with my health insurance. And I will take it over now using the LSV.

My health insurance sent me this form with this title: "Belastungsermächtigung mit Widerspruchsrecht für LSV/Debit Direct"

and not really sure what does this means?
I know that my health insurance will take money directly from my account every month for the payment. But what is this Widerspruchsrecht here means?

I think it means consent to debit your account automatically for the payments With right to objection.

Similiar to what I have with Sunrise, Cablecom etc.

It's very common in Germany, but in Switzerland people seem to prefer invoices.
I've switched most regular payments to e-billing (e-Rechnung). It's almost the same convenience but lacks the automatism.
Plus, I don't get any paper-bills anymore.
Health-insurances seem to insist on LSV though.

I translated the "Widerspruch" which means "contradiction"
and "recht" which means "right"

That means contradiction right if you combine the two. It doesn't make sense to me.

This is what I got:

I think it just means that you can actually stop the money from being deducted from your account (in case they send you a 100k bill because of an IT-failure or whatsoever).
If you search for the exact term in Google, you will find it's some sort of standard wording used by health-insurances and other Swiss businesses that relay on regular payments.
Nothing to worry about, IMO.
