Vaud has updated its websites since 2007 so the old link is no longer valid.

Here is the link with calculator for any passenger vehicle up to 3'500 kg. The tax is reduced by 50% under certain cases as outlined on the page.

You need the total weight of the car and the power of the car (kw).
