When I was in high-school my colleagues used to hunt down credit cards out of online shops that had poor security and then order laptops there...
Now they no longer do it like that as the laws are pretty nasty when you get caught...but there are other countries which might be going through the same cycle
Better paranoid than broke (or broke until the bank refunds you).

I've already applied for a GA with SBB.
Have to check if I can still get that prepaid Visa with that.
