| You will be taxed more if your company pays above the minimum in any category... | |

I am sorry, I did not get this. Example of these category is, different kinds of insurances etc?
I thought that the company has to see under the correct table, how much I earn per month, what is my religious belief (or commitment), my marital status, and kaboom .... they get % tax deductions for me!!
So if I get it correctly, for tax at source, what my salary slip on "Quellensteur" shows is only dependent on canton I stay and the gemeinde does not matter.
I was under the impression that, since my tax was calculated according to City Zurich tax table (for Ausländer Arbeitnehmer), there should be a Gemeinde Adliswil table which may have lower tax deductions, since I do not stay in the city. But seems I am mistaken.
Reconfirming, the document which I linked in my first post then is alright (i.e. it is applicable to me) and I should bury the hatchet?

Well, I don't like being duped of my well earned money. Going by the process here, sometimes it is difficult to follow through the rules.
