| | | QNUPS, QROPS and ... er.. EURBS
After QNUPS and QROPS, there's now a new acronym. Apparently... EURBS
I get the BS part, but what does EUR stand for? |

Yeah, transfer your pension to Malta! That bastion of sound financial regulation, recently downgraded by Moodys.
Anyone who has ever had the misfortune to visit Malta will know that they can't even resurface a road let alone be financially competent and regulated.
If you have seen the unchecked building that goes on you can imagine the corruption.
So again, only the greedy or feckless will be tempted by those tax-efficient savings.
You get the feeling that QROPS and now this EURBS is just another mis-selling scandal in the making.
What's even more worrying is that a search for EURBS brings up our favourite advisors as seemingly the only provider.

my adviser has just told me I should consider a EURBS. Im busy doing some research into it.
Can anybody give me some informed feedback on the subject?........a few of the other posters on this thread needn't bother. I have no interest in discussing this with uninformed cynical hacks

Take a look here for some additional research on your advisors and follow your nose.

Brilliant !
Things must be getting desperate in the shady world of un-regulated, commision only, offshore financial scamming.
It comes to something when they are resorting to these tactics just to get a bite.

wtf???? talk about putting your head into a hornets nest! will some of you guys just relax please.
As for the miss marble trick of checking up on my profile and then jumping to conclusions!...........
I'm a British expat living in CAPE TOWN, SOUTH AFRICA. Now before you get all "but this a swiss forum" on me.......... in the name of researching EURBS, i thought (mistakenly perhaps) people in Switzerland might have some valid input!
So do you?!!?!?!?!?!?

As for lack of info, yip I have deffinately found that. I have now resorted to actually writing to my pension company in germany to get their direct feedback.

I take it that you are a British Citizen residing in Cape Town. I could provide you with all the necessary information regarding QNUPS, QROPS and EURBS - European Union Retirement Benefit Scheme.

When does a beer website not look like a beer website? When it's a QROPS site that doesn't mention the beers but has the same contact address.
