I need to find a way to transfer money from my UK account (Natwest) to my account in Switzerland with PostFinance. It's basically a student loan payment everyone month, so only about £600 per month.

I noticed there is an option to open a Sterling account with PostFinance - has anyone any experience with this? Would this save me the transfer fee that Natwest imposes on international payments?

Alternatively, I could set up an account with one of the online transfer agencies and transfer the money over that way. Would you recommend this over the bank transfer?

try www.tranzfers.com, they are basically ozforex but give you a much better rate than any bank and only charge a flat rate fee.

UKForex. If only I had discovered them sooner. My last transfer gave me an absolutely incredible exchange rate. Highly recommend.
