I plan to move to zurich to work and the company offer me <120K CHF /year but i will go there alone.
before i decide to go, i wanna get some information, if any of you know how they calculate the tax at source?
beside tax, is there any additional charge i should pay?

The most significant additional charge will be health insurance, which you have to pay yourself. As fatmanfilsm said, try the search function and you will get answers to all your questions.
