Just an update on my case.
I've finally received a letter from Staatsanwaltschaft Konstanz.
They ordered me to pay 50 Euros as some kind of donation to the local charity institution. I was not previously convicted or "vorbestraft", so I'll not get any record for this case.
That's about the best possible outcome you could hope for
