Swiss Pension

Hello

I have a little question about the Swiss pension...

I heard somewhere that the employer contributions increase, the older you get and I would like to know the rates and ages that this changes. Is there is legal minimum that the company has to pay?

Thanks, just working out some finance stuff and this would be really useful for me -

Best,
Matthew

The Employer must pay 50%, I am sure if you search you will find the % relative to age info.

Re: Swiss Pension

In the UK if you have a real issue you can go to the pensions ombudsman for advice. Does anyone know if the equivalent exists here in Switzerland?
I have discovered recently that it is not just a pension scheme but a combined pension/insurance scheme with a total of 30% of the annual contribution going to the insurance company and not in the pension pot at all.
This seems rather a lot to me. Any comments??

This is not the "Swiss Pension" (AHV) you are referring to is it (1st column) but a commercial scheme under 3 or 3a??
