I'm wandering if there is a website in English that gives me useful information about the Tax system here, I'm a foreigner so I pay income tax at source (B permit). I'm trying to find out if I can claim travel expenses (SBB seasonal or GA tickets) and other possible things against my tax. I also need to find out about the Social Welfare system as well so any links for this would be appreciated.

Do you know where I can find information about claiming tax back if I leave the country mid-tax year? Will I have to wait until end of the year and submit a return?
