Free International Amex Dollar or Euro Green Card

I just ran into this and thought that some of the expats hangin' out here might be interested in this offer. Please note that only the basic Green Card is free. Additional cards as well as the Gold or Platinum cards aren't! The Membership Rewards program will cost as well after the first year.
