paying bills from a post finance account

I have had a Post Finance account for some time now and everything works well - the online banking, the EC card, E-bills etc.. So well that I am not sure I need a bank account any more.

EXCEPT

I cannot find anywhere among the menu items how to pay the occasional orange einzahlungschein. Does anyone know how to do that? I called Post Finance on the phone, but the nice lady on the other end only spoke broken English ... she seemed to say that I can't do that ...?

Re: paying bills from a post finance account

If you look at your list of accounts, there should be an "Einzahlungschein" icon next to the relevant acount.
Otherwise you can select payments from the menu and just fill in the details. You don't get a "virtual" payment slip like you do with UBS etc. It works very well and I've been doing it for a while now.

you know you can put it in English right?

Then there is a tap that says payments on the left side. fill in the inifo and you are done. been doing it 3 years now like that. NEVER an issue

The first page you add the account number and sum. Once you submit that, it takes you to a page where you can enter the reference number, date payable and any other details.
