Private banking customer service
I've been banking with Credit Suisse since 2009 as a private client and am totally fed up with their client service. I have to do almost everything through my relationship manager who is only available from 7.30 Am - 5 PM Mon - Fri (although he is frequently not available during those hours either). He is pretty terrible at following up, they have messed up lots of basic services like address change.
I would prefer not to have a relationship manager and have everything managed through a call center (e.g. like how I had when I banked with HSBC in the UK). Do any banks offer this kind of 24 hour telephone banking service here in CH?
Would be grateful to hear about others experiences with Swiss banks from a client point of view.
