hi all, i have a quick question you mnay have had previous experiance with - i have a uk employee pension scheme which i can transfer without cost - after leaving the uk for 5 years, this can be transferred into an offshore pension scheme without incurring tax charges and i would be looking to access it therafer - is there a swiss pension scheme that will give me the flexibility to access the funds earlier - e.g at 35 either directly or via using a "structure" of some kind?

You can access your Swiss private pension either for property finance purposes, or alternatively for funding the setup of your company.
