I'd say the same about any Australasian bank. I'm still amazed at how bad online banking is here, and how complex and cumbersome the security is. And how my bank manager will give me all my account information over the phone without running through any form of identity checking. But that's a story for another thread.
I bank with UBS and would say they're ... mediocre.
