The child allowance is paid through the employer to the employee with children.
You are neither an employee or have children so I doubt you can claim successfully.

Child benefit / allowance is something completely different to child pension.
Speak to the pension administrator.

Re: Child Benefit for orphan of Swiss pensioner

From the experience I've had with friends, the father has to continue to pay child pension until said child has finished his/her studies.

Then go back and get them. You won't be able to claim anything if you don't have any proof of who you are. Plus you'll need them in future. Birth certificate/s, passport/s, get them all and keep them in a safe place.

Contact your nearest Swiss embassy/consulate to get advice on how to proceed with your claim.

How is that useful advice? She has seemingly been kicked out of their home, presumably by her Dad who is holding her passport and identity papers and keeping the child benefit that is being paid to him, the father.

This is a domestic relations dispute, not a consular matter. Even if the OP is a dual Swiss-Philippine national she doesn't seem to be in the Philippines.

He needs to contact a local charity for advice and help and, failing that, the town hall. But a charity is better.

They may be able to help her contact her mother's employer re the pension fund. If father is holding all the money I doubt she knows where it comes from so can't contact them without assistance.

Re: Child Benefit for orphan of Swiss pensioner

The orphan is entitled to a pension until the age of 25, or until the studies are completed if earlier,

She needs to contact the Swiss embassy and make a claim on the mother's AHV
