Receive a euro payment to UBS CHF acct?

Hey all,

I have a quick question.

I am due a refund on TVA from a shop in France after I bought some stuff. I went there in my friends car and I don't have a car so it makes going back to the shop to get the euro cash a little difficult.

I contacted the store and in fact I can just send my swiss account details and they will send me the refund.

I looked on the UBS website but didn't find the info I needed. Does anyone know how the exchange rate & fees are when receiving a euro payment to a chf account?

Thanks!
N

It will be converted with the daily UBS rate plus a spread

For a small amount, a refund to a credit card will be better, for 1k or more I think the bank will be better.

6 CHF plus the exchange rate spread if you accept all the charges.

Services and Prices list is a link at the bottom of this page.

https://www.ubs.com/ch/en/swissbank/...ndividual.html

Cost is on p23.

For a refund to the credit card, do you know the details that I need to send to them? Card no., expiry date, ... ?
Thanks

Ask them, likely to be name, no, expiry date & possibly 3 digit code.
