Raising/Weltsparen deposit marketplace

Weltsparen is a deposit marketplace originally launched in Germany with 16 partner banks and later expanded into Europe with 2 partner banks.

How it works?

Deposit guarantee up to € 100.000

Weltsparen seems to be available for residents of Germany and Austria. Has anyone tried registering with Swiss address?

Re: Raising/Weltsparen deposit marketplace

I registered using a German address, just to see how they work.

I asked their customer service what would happen to any investment, should I move to Switzerland, and I was informed it would be closed immediately.

So that was them....

However, with most banks they offer you can just contact the bank directly. In some cases this can also work.
