Miles and more credit cards

As a regular commuter to UK I was wondering if the Swiss miles and more credit cards are worth the cost and if yes which one.

They offer Amex, Visa and Mastercard, all at different rates. Does anyone have a recommendation.

If you fly regularly are you a Gold level frequent flyer with Swiss (i.e. a Senator)? If you are the credit cards may be free of charge, either through AECS (confirmed) or through Corner Bank (used to be the case but I suggest you confirm if you are interested).
