Re: Tax Adviser in Bern?

I'm in need of a tax consultant, too. Experience with Bern authorities required. Basically I am not interested in filling up the papers, but in advice of what can be deducted and what not, the so called Grey area.

Thanks a lot

The tax advisor will be able to tell you all that if you have a "normal" employment or self-employment... in practise there isnt much "grey" and most deductions for employees have anti cheat limits you will likely reach anyway. Their bread and butter work is self-employed and they will know very well how far the "wholly and necessarily" test can be stretched.

If you have very complex affairs eg significant amounts of shares or options and the ability to control how these are structured maybe you need more advice than the average high street advisor can offer.
